Customer Service Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting operations across the Mountain and Pacific time zones, the remote Customer Service Compliance Specialist will manage high volumes of customer inquiries, ensure compliance with contractual obligations, and maintain accurate order processing while collaborating with various internal departments.

Key responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls and inquiries related to orders and project setups
• Review and submit customer purchasing documents for compliance validation
• Coordinate with internal teams to secure contract approvals and maintain accurate order entry in SAP

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree from a four or five-year college or university
• 3+ years of experience in a high-paced office environment
• Preferred experience with SAP and customer service
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to perform calculations
• Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
