Job Summary

A company is looking for a DIFM Concierge (Remote) to provide exceptional customer support and guidance on marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ongoing support and knowledge of products and services to customers
  • Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries while ensuring a high level of service

Required Qualifications
