Job Summary
A company is looking for a DIFM Concierge (Remote) to provide exceptional customer support and guidance on marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide ongoing support and knowledge of products and services to customers
- Manage customer accounts and respond to inquiries while ensuring a high level of service
- Educate customers on leveraging marketing tools and assist with calendar execution
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of experience in Customer Service; Account Management experience is a plus
- Technical proficiency in using computers and learning new software
