A company is looking for a Customer Service Consultant - Process Associate - Dutch - Remote EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide customer service through electronic channels, including receiving and placing orders
• Document all customer interactions accurately and share relevant knowledge with team members
• Attend training sessions and assist new colleagues while adapting to changing work scenarios

Required Qualifications

• Good knowledge of Dutch (C1) and English (B2)
• Bachelor's degree
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Analytical thinking and self-starter mindset
• Relevant experience in phone customer service is preferred
