Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist customers with inquiries and service-related issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Field inbound calls from customers and assist with inquiries regarding services and website navigation
- Resolve customer issues by researching and providing information or escalating unresolved problems
- Maintain call center database and ensure operational equipment by following established procedures
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of Customer Service or Call Center experience
- Bilingual in Spanish
