Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator to assist customers with concerns related to installations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Receive and review customer service requests from builders and homeowners
  • Schedule appointments, verify materials, and prepare service personnel schedules
  • Ensure customer complaints are resolved and communicate recurring issues to relevant departments


Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience or training
  • Bilingual experience in English/Spanish preferred but not required
  • Ability to learn about product installations and read training materials
  • Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
  • Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service tasks
