Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer service requests from builders and homeowners
- Schedule appointments, verify materials, and prepare service personnel schedules
- Ensure customer complaints are resolved and communicate recurring issues to relevant departments
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED with one year of related experience or training
- Bilingual experience in English/Spanish preferred but not required
- Ability to learn about product installations and read training materials
- Organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
- Intermediate math skills for calculations related to service tasks
