Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily operations including ticket and email triaging, inbound and outbound calls, and internal ticketing systems
  • Implement processes, playbooks, and workflows while identifying bottlenecks and suggesting improvements
  • Utilize data to resolve customer inquiries and maintain accurate records of job assignments and team communications
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1-3 years of operations experience in the Customer Service industry

  • Must be based in Argentina and fluent in English
