Job Summary

Building technical product knowledge, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will respond to customer inquiries, recommend fiber products, and maintain effective relationships with various departments while working in Corning, NY.

Key responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries and recommend fiber products based on customer requirements
  • Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal departments and external customers
  • Resolve customer payment discrepancies in collaboration with Commercial Ops
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Customer Service or corporate environment
  • Associate degree or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Teams, Word, and SharePoint
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft and SAP order fulfillment systems is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
