Job Summary

Managing day-to-day operations for eCommerce customers, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will resolve client inquiries, monitor performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Interact with clients and the Customer Success Manager to resolve issues and inquiries
  • Monitor key performance indicators and perform root cause analysis using operating systems
  • Prepare reports and support documentation for client account reviews and improvement initiatives
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, or Transportation required
  • Two or more years of industry-related experience required
  • Two or more years of experience in fulfillment and logistics required
  • Working knowledge of FBAP, TIS, ROL, and TM systems required
  • Advanced knowledge of statistical and transportation analysis tools such as Minilab, SAS, and Metlab required
