Job Summary
Providing end-to-end support for customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will manage incoming service requests through various channels, generate work orders, and coordinate logistics in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email, and online inquiries, escalating as necessary
- Generate and follow up on service request work orders for completion
- Update company systems and databases while running and distributing various ad hoc reports
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts
