Job Summary
Handling incoming call volumes and resolving customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will manage invoice research and charge explanations while working remotely after an initial three-week onsite training in Alpharetta, GA.
Key responsibilities
- Handle incoming calls and resolve a variety of customer issues and requests
- Enter call cases into Salesforce and document interactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and support
Required qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- One year or more of experience in the truck industry
- One year or more of customer service experience
- Familiarity with systems and tools such as Salesforce is preferred
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Windows
