Job Summary

Handling incoming call volumes and resolving customer inquiries, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will manage invoice research and charge explanations while working remotely after an initial three-week onsite training in Alpharetta, GA.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle incoming calls and resolve a variety of customer issues and requests
  • Enter call cases into Salesforce and document interactions accurately
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional customer service and support
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One year or more of experience in the truck industry
  • One year or more of customer service experience
  • Familiarity with systems and tools such as Salesforce is preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office and Windows
