Job Summary
Focused on enhancing client experiences, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will manage client communications, coordinate post-purchase processes, and ensure timely payments while working remotely on a Pacific Standard Time schedule.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day client conversations regarding post-purchase processes, including scheduling and move-out coordination
- Collaborate with accounting to ensure timely payment processing and with sales operations to verify contracts and addendums
- Act as the client advocate, guiding them in decision-making and routing inquiries to appropriate departments for resolution
Required qualifications:
- Experience in customer service or client coordination roles
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Client-focused personality that aligns with the brand's voice
