Job Summary
Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator opportunity focused on scheduling appraisal appointments, assisting homeowners with photo submissions, and providing exceptional support through various communication channels.
Key responsibilities
- Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
- Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app
- Maintain up-to-date work order statuses and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of customer service experience
- Technological proficiency with mobile applications
- Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
