Job Summary

Providing end-to-end support for customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator will manage service requests through various communication channels, generate work orders, and coordinate logistics while ensuring adherence to company standards.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email, and online inquiries, escalating issues as necessary
  • Generate and follow up on service request work orders to ensure completion
  • Update company systems and customer service databases while running and distributing ad hoc reports
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with an inquisitive approach
  • Basic math skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts
  • Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
