Job Summary
Providing end-to-end support for customer inquiries, the full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator will handle incoming service requests, generate work orders, and coordinate logistics while adhering to company standards.
Key responsibilities
- Answer incoming service requests via phone, chat, email, and online, responding to customer inquiries and escalating issues as necessary
- Generate and follow up on service request work orders, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction
- Update company systems and databases, run ad hoc reports, and suggest process improvements for team efficiency
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent experience with up to 2 years of job-related experience
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Strong organizational skills and an inquisitive approach to tasks
- Basic math skills for calculating simple figures such as percentages and discounts
- Ability to follow basic work routines and standards in the application of work
