Job Summary
Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator opportunity focused on scheduling appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders and assisting homeowners with a self-survey product.
Key responsibilities
- Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain the insurance appraisal process and build trust
- Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app
- Keep work order statuses updated, prioritize tasks, and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
- 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
- Technological proficiency and ability to assist with technical questions
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- High emotional intelligence and effective problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
