Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator opportunity focused on scheduling appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders and assisting homeowners with a self-survey product.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain the insurance appraisal process and build trust
  • Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app
  • Keep work order statuses updated, prioritize tasks, and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
  • 0-3 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Technological proficiency and ability to assist with technical questions
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • High emotional intelligence and effective problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
