Job Summary

Motivated individuals will find a full-time remote Customer Service Coordinator opportunity focused on scheduling appraisal appointments with insurance policyholders and assisting homeowners with the ASSIST self-survey product.

Key responsibilities
  • Contact policyholders via phone, SMS, and email to explain insurance appraisal requirements and build trust
  • Provide concierge service to homeowners using the ASSIST product, including technical support for the photo-capture app
  • Maintain up-to-date work order statuses and communicate any unusual situations to management
Required qualifications
  • 0-3 years of customer service experience
  • Technological proficiency with mobile applications
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills
  • Ability to solve technical problems with various variables
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
