Job Summary
Providing essential clerical and administrative support, the full-time Customer Service Coordinator will manage customer inquiries, maintain accurate records, and assist the leadership team in ensuring efficient workflows in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the Customer Service Leadership team with various administrative and clerical duties to ensure efficient workflows
- Monitor and distribute incoming department cases, faxes, voicemails, and emails to meet Service Level Agreements
- Access, enter, and update customer account information in Laboratory Information System and CRM software
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1+ years of general administrative or clerical experience
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com is preferred
- Ability to adhere to HIPAA, Confidentiality, and Compliance policies
