Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contact patients to schedule medical and dental services
  • Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to appointment scheduling and service completion
  • Conduct patient calls for health assessment processing, referral follow-up, and resource inquiries
Required Qualifications:
  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1 year of call center experience
  • 1 year of customer service experience or prior military experience preferred
  • Strong PC navigation skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and web portals
  • Knowledge of relevant software and equipment, MedNet and web portal proficiency preferred
