Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact patients to schedule medical and dental services
- Respond to inquiries and resolve issues related to appointment scheduling and service completion
- Conduct patient calls for health assessment processing, referral follow-up, and resource inquiries
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- 1 year of call center experience
- 1 year of customer service experience or prior military experience preferred
- Strong PC navigation skills including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word), SharePoint, and web portals
- Knowledge of relevant software and equipment, MedNet and web portal proficiency preferred
