Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Operations, Data Intake professional.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review documents through inbound faxes and identify reportable events
  • Search and navigate through assigned cases using detailed activity reports of Pharmacy orders
  • Perform data entry and create Adverse Event reports
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • 1 or more years of experience in a customer service-oriented and fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate knowledge/utilization of MS Office applications and productivity tools
  • Ability to navigate and toggle between screens and systems to complete tasks
  • Good interpersonal and critical thinking skills
