Job Summary
To support customer interactions, the part-time Customer Service Engagement Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications while providing high-quality service in a fully remote capacity, averaging 20 hours per week.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct inbound and outbound customer interaction support to ensure prompt and accurate service
- Document all customer interactions and escalate priority issues to appropriate resources
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and train junior engagement specialists
Required qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- 3-4 years of strong customer service experience, preferably in a contact center environment
- Working knowledge of computer operations and proficiency in Microsoft Word and spreadsheets
- Experience in Medicaid managed care or the insurance industry is preferred
- Typing skills of 35-40 wpm preferred
