Job Summary

To improve AI career guidance systems, the freelance Customer Service Evaluation Contractor will evaluate career-related questions, write expert-level answers, and develop assessment rubrics, all while working remotely and flexibly for 10-40 hours per week.

Key responsibilities
  • Review career-related questions from customer service professionals at various stages of their careers
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide realistic and expert-level career guidance
  • Develop evaluation rubrics to assess and score AI-generated career advice for accuracy and relevance
Required qualifications
  • Meaningful professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
  • Strong understanding of customer service career development, roles, skills, and challenges
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with clarity and authority
  • Ability to provide practical and grounded career advice
  • Self-motivated and dependable in managing workload remotely
