Job Summary
To support the development of next-generation AI career guidance, experienced Customer Service Evaluators will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career-related questions, crafting expert-level responses, and assessing AI-generated advice.
Key responsibilities
- Review career-related questions from professionals in customer service roles
- Write high-quality "golden answers" reflecting expert-level career guidance
- Create evaluation rubrics to assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice
Required qualifications
- Meaningful professional experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
- Strong understanding of career paths and growth opportunities in customer-facing roles
- Excellent written communication skills for clear and concise explanations
- Able to provide practical and actionable career advice based on real experience
- Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
