Job Summary

To enhance AI career guidance systems, experienced Customer Service Evaluators will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career-related questions, crafting expert-level responses, and developing evaluation rubrics for AI-generated advice.

Key responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate career-related questions submitted by professionals in customer service
  • Write high-quality "golden answers" that provide expert-level career guidance
  • Develop evaluation rubrics to objectively assess the accuracy of AI-generated career advice
Required qualifications
  • Hands-on experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations
  • Strong understanding of career development pathways within customer-facing roles
  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to provide clear and actionable career advice
  • Self-motivated and capable of managing workload independently
  • No prior AI or technical experience required
