Job Summary
To evaluate and enhance AI-powered career guidance systems, experienced Customer Service Professionals will work remotely on a flexible contract basis, reviewing career questions, writing expert-level responses, and creating evaluation rubrics for AI-generated advice.
Key responsibilities
- Review career questions from professionals in customer service roles

Required qualifications
- Solid experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Client Services, or Call Center Operations

- Reliable and self-directed when working remotely without direct oversight
