Job Summary
As a full-time remote Customer Service Export Specialist, the candidate will support international customers and collaborate with Marketing and Field Sales teams to ensure compliance with trade regulations, manage export documentation, and maintain strong relationships across borders.
Key responsibilities
- Utilize Hitachi tools for product configuration, order entry, and invoicing
- Coordinate export arrangements and track orders for timely delivery
- Prepare shipping documents and manage contracts from order entry through delivery and payment
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of INCO terms and international trade compliance
- Experience in B2B customer support, preferably with international clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; SAP experience is a plus
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills
