Job Summary

Providing remote support for users, the full-time Customer Service Help Desk Representative will assist in troubleshooting technical issues, maintain hardware and software, and ensure accurate ticket documentation for the Medicare Drug Price Negotiation Program.

Key responsibilities
  • Assist in providing desktop and operational support to remote offices and users
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues while documenting solutions in the ticketing system
  • Collaborate with project managers to support the integration of new technology into the production environment
Required qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience in technical support
  • Availability to work Monday-Friday between 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM (ET)
  • Ability to successfully complete the CMS client vetting process
  • Experience in customer support or call center environments preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with remote desktop software
