Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service/Inside Sales Rep.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for customers, ensuring accurate and timely order processing
• Develop account strategies to drive engagement and revenue growth
• Log a minimum of 25 outbound calls per day in Salesforce to generate leads

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in customer service and inside sales, ideally within the agriculture industry
• Proficiency with ERP systems and CRM tools like Salesforce
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, remote environment
• Experience working in a matrixed sales and customer operations structure
