Job Summary
Seeking a fully remote Juris Doctor with Customer Service experience, the position will manage complex customer inquiries through various communication methods, adhere to project protocols, and collaborate with business partners to enhance service delivery.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to complex inquiries from customers and clients via phone, email, and written correspondence
- Adhere to standard protocols and implement feedback from supervisors to improve service quality
- Create and update scripting and procedures for claims and correspondence teams to align with project goals
Required qualifications:
- JD from an accredited US law school or foreign law degree and LLM
- Flexible and customer service focused
- Strong technical orientation with experience in MS Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
- Ability to manage changing priorities to support business needs
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly
