Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Lead Representative for a national remote position.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers, focusing on needs identification and problem-solving
  • Monitor and resolve delegated customer service issues in a timely manner
  • Inform and educate customers on billing/invoicing setup and procedures

Required Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
  • 2+ years of Customer Service experience in insurance, medical, or behavioral health settings
  • 2+ years of office experience in insurance, medical, or financial settings
  • Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
