Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Lead Representative for a national remote position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure quality customer service for internal and external customers, focusing on needs identification and problem-solving
- Monitor and resolve delegated customer service issues in a timely manner
- Inform and educate customers on billing/invoicing setup and procedures
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience in insurance, medical, or behavioral health settings
- 2+ years of office experience in insurance, medical, or financial settings
- Familiarity with computer systems and ability to learn new technologies
- Must be 18 years of age or older
