Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of healthcare experience in Revenue Cycle or Call Center Operations
  • 5 years of previous management or supervisory experience
  • Understanding of hospital revenue cycle processes including Patient Access and billing
  • Functional knowledge of managing teams to meet KPIs and revenue metrics
