Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead and manage the Customer Service team in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure that every customer and driver has a great experience
- Oversee the daily workflow of the department and maintain team schedules
- Provide coaching and training for the Customer Service team and support escalated concerns
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of work experience with at least 1 year in a direct people management role
- 2 years of experience in last mile logistics or gig-economy marketplaces preferred
- Highly self-driven and comfortable with ambiguity and change
- Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks
