Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Service & AR Support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the Customer Service Department, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring of staff
  • Ensure compliance with call center objectives and performance standards while addressing operational issues
  • Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in determining call center goals


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of call center experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
  • 3 years of medical collections experience; anesthesia billing experience preferred
  • Proficiency in using multiple practice management systems and running system reports
  • Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation guidelines
