Job Summary
A company is looking for a Manager, Customer Service & AR Support.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Customer Service Department, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring of staff
- Ensure compliance with call center objectives and performance standards while addressing operational issues
- Prepare reports and analyze data to assist management in determining call center goals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of call center experience, with 1 year in a supervisory role preferred
- 3 years of medical collections experience; anesthesia billing experience preferred
- Proficiency in using multiple practice management systems and running system reports
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and Workers Compensation guidelines
