Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of approximately 15 associates, ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering an inclusive environment
  • Oversee daily call center operations, setting performance metrics and team goals to achieve service quality
  • Facilitate resolution of escalations and support new client implementations to enhance service delivery


Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years of prior leadership experience in a customer service environment
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and engage team members to drive performance
  • Experience interpreting data and developing actionable plans based on trends
  • Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office suite
  • Associate/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
