Job Summary

- Oversee daily call center operations, setting performance metrics and team goals to achieve service quality
- Facilitate resolution of escalations and support new client implementations to enhance service delivery
Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of prior leadership experience in a customer service environment
- Demonstrated ability to develop and engage team members to drive performance
- Experience interpreting data and developing actionable plans based on trends
- Strong computer proficiency, including MS Office suite
- Associate/bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience is preferred
