Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager to lead the frontline customer service team and manage daily operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 customer service specialists
  • Manage day-to-day operations including SLA management, QA, and escalation support
  • Run customer service programs such as surveys and public reviews
Required Qualifications
  • 2+ years in customer support or service, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience managing at least 3 direct reports
  • Familiarity with omnichannel service environments (SMS, email, chat, phone)
  • Experience with CRM platforms, preferably HubSpot
  • Comfortable using AI tools in work processes
