Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Manager - CMS Medicare.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the provider customer service unit, ensuring uninterrupted service during business hours
- Oversee all provider inquiry responses, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
- Supervise and train customer service staff, while tracking performance metrics and escalating complex issues as needed
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Communications, or a related field, or 4 additional years of relevant work experience
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing a customer service unit with direct staff supervision
- Experience handling Medicare provider inquiries preferred, with knowledge of Medicare billing and claims
