Job Summary
Leading a team of client specialists, the full-time Customer Service Manager will drive client satisfaction and retention while fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of client specialists while setting clear expectations and driving accountability
- Champion an excellent client experience and take ownership of client issues to ensure strategic resolutions
- Deliver and exceed performance goals, analyze data for improvement, and prepare biweekly performance reports
Required qualifications
- Proven experience as a customer service manager or team lead in a related field
- Experience managing or working alongside BPO teams is strongly preferred
- Ability to create and present executive-level performance updates
- Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones
- Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; relevant experience considered equally
