Job Summary

Leading a team of client specialists, the full-time Customer Service Manager will drive client satisfaction and retention while fostering a culture of professionalism and continuous improvement in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of client specialists while setting clear expectations and driving accountability
  • Champion an excellent client experience and take ownership of client issues to ensure strategic resolutions
  • Deliver and exceed performance goals, analyze data for improvement, and prepare biweekly performance reports
Required qualifications
  • Proven experience as a customer service manager or team lead in a related field
  • Experience managing or working alongside BPO teams is strongly preferred
  • Ability to create and present executive-level performance updates
  • Experience leading remote teams across multiple time zones
  • Bachelor's degree or related field preferred; relevant experience considered equally
