Job Summary
Leading a high-performing team, the fully remote Customer Service Manager will oversee daily operations, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and enhance customer experiences while coaching and developing team members.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and inspire a customer service team, fostering a culture of accountability and exceptional service
- Oversee daily operations to ensure timely and high-quality support across various communication channels
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to analyze operational data and recommend improvements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of customer service experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in improving service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Experience with CRM platforms and customer service software
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven recommendations
