Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with English EVO.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer orders, including placement, processing, and follow-up
Handle customer complaints from reception to resolution
Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
Experience in the chemical and automotive industries is advantageous
Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Distribution) or other ERP systems is a plus
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages and German is a merit
