Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with English EVO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders, including placement, processing, and follow-up
  • Handle customer complaints from reception to resolution
  • Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the chemical and automotive industries is advantageous
  • Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Distribution) or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Scandinavian languages and German is a merit
