Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with Italian/Spanish EVO.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer orders, acting as the main interface for order placement and follow-up
- Handle customer complaints from reception to resolution
- Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities
Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience in the chemical and automotive industry is an advantage
- Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Distribution) or other ERP systems is a plus
- Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Italian, with German as a merit
