Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Officer with Italian/Spanish EVO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer orders, acting as the main interface for order placement and follow-up
  • Handle customer complaints from reception to resolution
  • Identify and onboard new customers and business opportunities
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master degree in Sales, Business Studies, Logistics, or Supply Chain
  • At least 3 years of relevant professional experience
  • Experience in the chemical and automotive industry is an advantage
  • Familiarity with SAP (Sales & Distribution) or other ERP systems is a plus
  • Proficiency in English and either Spanish or Italian, with German as a merit
