Job Summary

A company is looking for a CS Operations Specialist to enhance customer service operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Defining customer service workflows
  • Analyzing process requirements and recommending optimization solutions
  • Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels

Required Qualifications:
  • Strong understanding of customer service operations (SLAs, KPIs, Reporting Structure, Budgets)
  • At least 5 years of customer service experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
  • Experience in customer service operations and project coordination/management is a plus
  • At least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry is a plus
  • Proven ability to manage independently and drive results
