Job Summary
A company is looking for a CS Operations Specialist to enhance customer service operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Defining customer service workflows
- Analyzing process requirements and recommending optimization solutions
- Measuring and improving overall customer experience levels
Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of customer service operations (SLAs, KPIs, Reporting Structure, Budgets)
- At least 5 years of customer service experience, including a minimum of 1 year in a leadership role
- Experience in customer service operations and project coordination/management is a plus
- At least 1 year of experience in the Web3 industry is a plus
- Proven ability to manage independently and drive results
