Customer Service Operator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Toll Free Line Operator.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and identify customer assistance needs
• Educate callers and redirect them to appropriate prompts
• Meet performance goals in efficiency, accuracy, quality, member satisfaction, and attendance

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent working experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• 1+ years of Customer Service experience
• Experience with Windows PC applications and Microsoft Excel
• Ability to work any assigned 8-hour shift during normal business hours
