Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Professional.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional service to Medicare Advantage members using web-based tools in a Windows environment
- Multitask effectively while maintaining high sensitivity, empathy, and outstanding phone etiquette
- Demonstrate strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of State and Federal regulations
Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of customer service call center experience or equivalent
- Keyboarding skills of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
- Proficient PC skills and prior experience in a PC environment
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred
