Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Professional.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide professional service to Medicare Advantage members using web-based tools in a Windows environment
  • Multitask effectively while maintaining high sensitivity, empathy, and outstanding phone etiquette
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and thorough knowledge of State and Federal regulations

Required Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service call center experience or equivalent
  • Keyboarding skills of 30 wpm with 95% accuracy
  • Proficient PC skills and prior experience in a PC environment
  • Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology and coding preferred
