Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Project Manager - Data Centers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage projects from initiation to completion, ensuring safety, budget, schedule, quality, and performance objectives are met
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders and manage customer expectations throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify, assign, and manage project resources, including engineering, field personnel, and vendors
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 5+ years of experience in a service project-related industry such as field service, EPC projects, or construction
  • Applicants must be authorized for employment in the U.S. without the need for employer-sponsored work authorization
  • PMP certification required within 1 year of employment for those who do not have it already
  • Understanding of medium and/or high voltage electrical equipment and datacenter construction projects
