- Develops and coordinates execution of Model Audit Rule requirements and internal control procedures
- Conducts quality needs analyses and designs training programs for staff development
- Evaluates quality programs and coordinates external regulatory audits
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
- Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience required
- Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role required
- Experience in developing quality strategies and compliance reporting
- Ability to create and utilize quality evaluation tools
