  • Develops and coordinates execution of Model Audit Rule requirements and internal control procedures
  • Conducts quality needs analyses and designs training programs for staff development
  • Evaluates quality programs and coordinates external regulatory audits
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED) required
  • Minimum of 9 years of relevant experience required
  • Minimum of 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role required
  • Experience in developing quality strategies and compliance reporting
  • Ability to create and utilize quality evaluation tools
