Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Quality Surge Specialist to work from home in San Antonio, TX.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate interactions by Customer Service Surge Representatives to ensure compliance with standards
  • Perform audits of calls and chats to assess adherence to child support policies and agency standards
  • Provide coaching and feedback to CSRs to enhance their performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
  • High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in quality assurance or related fields
  • Experience in an operational or supervisory role is preferred
  • Fluency in English is required
  • Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
