Job Summary
A company is looking for a Customer Service Quality Surge Specialist to work from home in San Antonio, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Review and evaluate interactions by Customer Service Surge Representatives to ensure compliance with standards
- Perform audits of calls and chats to assess adherence to child support policies and agency standards
- Provide coaching and feedback to CSRs to enhance their performance and identify areas for improvement
Required Qualifications and Education
- High school diploma or equivalent with at least two years of experience in quality assurance or related fields
- Experience in an operational or supervisory role is preferred
- Fluency in English is required
- Proficiency in standard computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
