Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative for a 4+ month contract opportunity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide order processing and sales-related support to internal and external customers
  • Manage all aspects of order management from quoting through delivery and invoicing
  • Deliver high-quality customer service with prompt responses to inquiries
Required Qualifications
  • 0-2+ years of experience with a college degree or equivalent work experience
  • Conceptual understanding of fundamental theories, principles, and practices
  • Strong technical aptitude
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Preferred experience with Salesforce CRM, AS400, and Select Configure Price Quote (SCPQ) tools
