Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative- Central- Remote.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to customers and Territory Managers by answering calls and emails, processing orders, and managing inquiries
  • Resolve issues related to customer orders, including delivery discrepancies and back orders
  • Participate in training programs and communicate regularly with internal departments regarding order status and inventory
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
  • Knowledge of shipping procedures and inventory control processes
  • Proficiency in MS Windows and Office applications
  • Familiarity with maintaining a customer database and internet navigation
