Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Service Representative to join their team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between the company, customers, and patients while understanding lab operations
• Resolve customer requests using internal software and provide additional education as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and CRM data, ensuring HIPAA compliance

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent required
• 1 or more years of experience in a customer service role
• 1 or more years of experience working with Microsoft Office suite products
• Reliable internet connection with a minimum download speed of 50 Mbps
• Ability to navigate multiple systems concurrently with strong computer competency
