- Receive and process customer orders by telephone, ensuring prompt and courteous service
- Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after training
- Document customer interactions and perform cross-trained duties as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
- Flexible and adaptable to change
- Must have high-speed internet for remote work
