  • Handle an average of 110 customer interactions per eight-hour shift after training
  • Document customer interactions and perform cross-trained duties as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Computer knowledge and ability to type 35-40 words per minute
  • Flexible and adaptable to change
  • Must have high-speed internet for remote work
