Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to manage inquiries and provide support in a call center environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle and resolve customer questions and concerns, averaging 50-60 calls per day
  • Document interactions and follow-up information in the CRM during each call
  • Research inquiries and manage needs of patients, health plans, and healthcare providers
Required Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of previous experience in a customer service role
  • Previous call center and/or healthcare experience preferred
  • Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office applications
  • Must have a high-speed home internet connection and a private workspace free from distractions
